The Customer Advocacy Monitor provides insight into the key performance indicators impacted by "Employee and Customer Advocacy". It makes it tangible, measurable and therefore manageable.
The Customer Advocacy Monitor is a platform independent online environment (service), is approachable via a web browser, is able to gather and align data from a variety of sources, arrange them, present them, making correlations visible, enabling insight.
